Any company can ask to be left out of our named analyses. Free of charge, without long forms and without having to explain why.
How
Write to [email protected] from an e-mail address on the company's domain, or use the removal form, stating the company name and the country. Nothing else.
What we do
Within ten working days:
- We exclude the company from every future named deliverable.
- We confirm it to you in writing.
- We keep a permanent record of the exclusion, so that it does not re-enter a later report. That record is the only thing we keep, and it exists precisely so that we can honour the request over time.
What we cannot do
- We cannot withdraw reports already delivered to a client before the request. They do stop being updated.
- We cannot exclude a company from aggregate figures —market totals, number of operators, price distributions— because it is not identified in them and removing it would distort the data of everyone else.
- We cannot prevent the same information from existing in other sources. Our removal covers what is ours.
What leaving implies
Removal is reciprocal. A company that asks to be left out of our analyses cannot subscribe to our reports or access the demo while that exclusion remains in force: whoever does not want to appear in the record cannot consult it. If later on it wants to appear again, write to us and we will reinstate it in the next release.
If what you want is to correct, not to leave
If the analysis contains an error about your company, write to us at [email protected] and we will correct it. We prefer correcting to losing the data: a wrong number hurts us more than it hurts you.
If you are a person listed as a company's contact
Write to [email protected] from your work e-mail stating the company. We remove your name and your contact details in the next release and confirm it to you. You do not have to explain why.
If you only want us not to write to you
Reply to any e-mail of ours with "do not write" and that is enough. This is independent of removal from the analysis; you can ask for one, the other or both.
